Tiph'arah offers trichology and scalp-wellness consultations, assessments, and treatment programs, as described on this site. Service descriptions are general — the plan we actually recommend for you follows your in-person consultation and assessment.

Tiph'arah is a trichology and scalp-wellness practice, not a hospital, and is not a substitute for a licensed physician or dermatologist. Any AI-generated hair or scalp assessment produced through the Tiph'arah app is an informational screening tool only — it is not a medical diagnosis, and every result is reviewed against your actual consultation before we recommend anything to you.
If you have an underlying medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that could interact with a treatment, please tell us and consult your doctor before proceeding. Individual results vary, and we don't guarantee a specific outcome from any service.
3. Booking and payment
- Bookings are made online at tipharahwellness.com/book or in person.
- A consultation fee is required to confirm most bookings (unless a free-consultation promotion is running) and is processed securely through Hubtel.
- Prices shown on the site are subject to change.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
Cancelling, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your conduct
Please keep the details you give us (including the phone number used to verify a returning booking) accurate, and don't misuse our booking system — for example, through automated or bulk bookings, or fraudulent payment holds.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site, our branding, and the Scalp Care Treatment protocol are the property of Tiph'arah. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
