Booking & Policies
All services begin with or are preceded by a scalp assessment. Consultation fee must be fully paid to secure your booking.
- Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
- Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund applies, it's returned to your original payment method through Hubtel. Exact timing depends on your bank or mobile money provider, not on us.
Products purchased in person
This policy covers online bookings. If you've bought a retail product in the clinic and have a concern with it, please speak with a member of our team directly.
