All services begin with or are preceded by a scalp assessment. Consultation fee must be fully paid to secure your booking.

• Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.
